Apply"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u8a08\u756b\u5f9e\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u57282026\u5e74\u9032\u884c\u7533\u6839\u65c5\u904a\uff1f\u6bcf\u4f4d\u514d\u7c3d\u65c5\u5ba2\u73fe\u5728\u9700\u8981\u5728\u767b\u4e0a\u524d\u5f80\u7533\u6839\u7684\u98db\u6a5f\u3001\u706b\u8eca\u6216\u6e21\u8f2a\u4e4b\u524d\u53d6\u5f97\u7d93\u6279\u51c6\u7684ETIAS\u6388\u6b0a\u4e26\u8207\u5176\u8b77\u7167\u95dc\u806f\u3002\u8cbb\u7528\u70ba\u20ac20\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u671f\u6700\u9577\u70ba\u4e09\u5e74\uff0c\u6279\u51c6\u901a\u5e38\u572830\u5206\u9418\u5167\u5230\u9054\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6307\u5357\u5f15\u5c0e\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u8b77\u7167\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u77ad\u89e3\u6b50\u6d32\u65c5\u904a\u8cc7\u8a0a\u548c\u6388\u6b0a\u7cfb\u7d71\u6240\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u60a8\u5c07\u627e\u5230\u50f9\u683c\u3001\u6642\u9593\u5b89\u6392\u3001\u7533\u8acb\u6b65\u9a5f\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u8986\u84cb\u7bc4\u570d\u3001EES\u908a\u5883\u6574\u5408\u4ee5\u53ca\u6084\u6084\u5ef6\u9072\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u932f\u8aa4\u3002\u9019\u88e1\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u6578\u64da\u90fd\u53ef\u8ffd\u6eaf\u81f3\u6b50\u76df\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u3001\u6b50\u6d32\u7406\u4e8b\u6703\u6216\u570b\u5bb6\u9580\u6236\u7db2\u7ad9\u3002\u7121\u731c\u6e2c\u3002\u7121\u586b\u5145\u5167\u5bb9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u70ba\u9810\u8a02\u771f\u5be6\u65c5\u7a0b\u7684\u4eba\u7de8\u5beb\u4e86\u9019\u4efd\u6307\u5357\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u70ba\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b78\u8005\u7de8\u5beb\u7684\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u90e8\u5206\u90fd\u4ee5\u6642\u9593\u8868\u3001\u6210\u672c\u6578\u5b57\u548c\u660e\u78ba\u7684\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u7d50\u675f\u3002\u5230\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u6bb5\u6642\uff0c\u60a8\u5c07\u64c1\u6709\u4e00\u4efd\u53ef\u5728\u9810\u8a02\u524d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6aa2\u67e5\u6e05\u55ae\u2014\u2014\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c0d\u8a72\u904e\u7a0b\u5728\u5be6\u8e10\u4e2d\u5982\u4f55\u904b\u884c\u7684\u6df1\u5165\u7406\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebcETIAS\u5c0d\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u65c5\u884c\u8005\u57282026\u5e74\u5f88\u91cd\u8981<\/h2>\n<p><strong>ETIAS\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u6bcf\u4e00\u4f4d\u514d\u7c3d\u65c5\u884c\u8005\u2014\u2014\u6beb\u7121\u4f8b\u5916\u2014\u2014\u5728\u767b\u6a5f\u4efb\u4f55\u524d\u5f80\u7533\u6839\u5730\u5340\u7684\u822a\u73ed\u3001\u706b\u8eca\u6216\u6e21\u8f2a\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u6301\u6709\u8207\u5176\u8b77\u7167\u76f8\u95dc\u806f\u7684\u5df2\u6279\u51c6\u6388\u6b0a\u3002\u8a72\u898f\u5247\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u5168\u90e829\u500b\u7533\u6839\u570b\u5bb6\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u7fd2\u6163\u5df2\u7d93\u6d88\u5931\u3002\u6301\u6709\u514d\u7c3d\u8b77\u7167\u7684\u4eba\u4e0d\u80fd\u518d\u76f4\u63a5\u8d70\u5230\u8b77\u7167\u6aa2\u67e5\u8655\uff1b\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u9031\u672b\u65c5\u884c\u4e5f\u73fe\u5728\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u500b\u6578\u4f4d\u9810\u5148\u5be9\u6279\u6b65\u9a5f\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u59d4\u54e1\u6703ETIAS\u5165\u53e3\u7db2\u7ad9 (<a href=\"https:\/\/travel-europe.europa.eu\/etias_en\">europa.eu<\/a>) \u5efa\u8b70\u5728\u51fa\u767c\u524d\u81f3\u5c1196\u5c0f\u6642\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u5118\u7ba1\u5927\u591a\u6578\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6703\u572830\u5206\u9418\u5167\u505a\u51fa\u3002\u822a\u7a7a\u516c\u53f8\u6703\u5728\u767b\u6a5f\u53e3\u6aa2\u67e5\u60a8\u7684ETIAS\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8df3\u904e\u6b64\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u60a8\u5c07\u5728\u767b\u6a5f\u6642\u88ab\u62d2\u7d55\u767b\u6a5f\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u5728\u908a\u5883\u88ab\u62d2\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u8acb\u5148\u7533\u8acb\u2014\u2014\u5728\u9810\u8a02\u822a\u73ed\u3001\u9152\u5e97\u6216\u6a5f\u7968\u4e4b\u524d\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u8b77\u7167\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u57282026\u5e74\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u4e8b\u5be6\u548c\u50f9\u683c<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u8cbb\u7528\u5f88\u7c21\u55ae\u3002ETIAS\u91dd\u5c0d18\u81f370\u6b72\u6210\u4eba\u6536\u8cbb\u20ac20\uff0c18\u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0b\u621670\u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8005\u514d\u8cbb\u3002\u6709\u6548\u671f\u6700\u9577\u4e09\u5e74\uff0c\u6216\u81f3\u8b77\u7167\u904e\u671f\u70ba\u6b62\uff08\u4ee5\u5148\u5230\u8005\u70ba\u6e96\uff09\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u5168\u90e829\u500b\u7533\u6839\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u5404\u570b\u7121\u984d\u5916\u8cbb\u7528\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u4e00\u4e9b\u5177\u9ad4\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u751f\u7269\u8b58\u5225\u8b77\u7167\u6709\u6548\u671f\u5fc5\u9808\u81f3\u5c11\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u60a8\u8a08\u756b\u96e2\u5883\u65e5\u671f\u5f8c\u7684\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u3002\u7167\u7247\u9808\u7b26\u5408\u570b\u969b\u6c11\u822a\u7d44\u7e54\u898f\u7bc4\uff1a35\u00d745\u6beb\u7c73\u3001\u767d\u8272\u80cc\u666f\u3001\u4e2d\u7acb\u8868\u60c5\u3001\u4e0d\u7b11\u3002\u7c3d\u5e33\u5361\u3001\u842c\u4e8b\u9054\u5361\u6216Maestro\u5361\u5747\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u652f\u4ed8\u20ac20\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\u8f14\u52a9\u6587\u4ef6\u2014\u2014\u98ef\u5e97\u9810\u8a02\u3001\u56de\u7a0b\u822a\u73ed\u3001\u50f1\u7528\u4fe1\u2014\u2014\u70ba\u9078\u64c7\u6027\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u4f46\u63d0\u4ea4\u9019\u4e9b\u6587\u4ef6\u53ef\u7e2e\u77ed\u4eba\u5de5\u5be9\u6838\u6642\u9593\u3002\u8acb\u5c07\u20ac20\u8207\u904b\u8f38\u3001\u4f4f\u5bbf\u548c\u666f\u9ede\u9580\u7968\u4e00\u4f75\u9810\u7b97\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u4e00\u6b21\u6279\u51c6\u6db5\u84cb\u6709\u6548\u671f\u5167\u7684\u591a\u6b21\u8a2a\u554f\uff0c\u7d93\u5e38\u51fa\u884c\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u6bcf\u8d9f\u65c5\u7a0b\u7684\u6210\u672c\u6703\u8fc5\u901f\u4e0b\u964d\u3002<\/p>\n<figure ETIAS<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u5982\u4f55\u7533\u8acbETIAS\uff0c\u9010\u6b65\u6307\u5357<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u8acb\u81f3\u5c11\u5728\u51fa\u767c\u524d\u4e03\u5929\u900f\u904e\u5b98\u65b9\u5165\u53e3\u7db2\u7ad9\u7dda\u4e0a\u7533\u8acb\u3002\u8f38\u5165\u60a8\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u548c\u8b77\u7167\u8a73\u60c5\uff0c\u5167\u5bb9\u5fc5\u9808\u8207\u6a5f\u5668\u53ef\u8b80\u5340(MRZ)\u5b8c\u5168\u76f8\u7b26\uff0c\u4ee5\u5361\u7247\u652f\u4ed8\u20ac20\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u7b49\u5f85\u78ba\u8a8d\u96fb\u90f5\u2014\u2014\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u572830\u5206\u9418\u5167\u9001\u9054\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u67d0\u4e9b\u6848\u4ef6\u6703\u9032\u5165\u4eba\u5de5\u5be9\u6838\uff0c\u6700\u9577\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u898130\u5929 <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/reg\/2018\/1240\/oj\">\u6cd5\u898f (EU) 2018\/1240<\/a>, Article 32\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u5207\u52ff\u5728\u6279\u51c6\u96fb\u90f5\u5230\u9054\u524d\u9810\u8a02\u4e0d\u53ef\u9000\u6b3e\u7684\u65c5\u7a0b\u3002\u9084\u6709\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b\uff1a\u53ea\u6709\u5b98\u65b9\u6b50\u76df\u5165\u53e3\u7db2\u7ad9 travel-europe.europa.eu \u6536\u53d6\u7d71\u4e00\u7684 \u20ac20\u2014\u2014\u5c71\u5be8\u7db2\u7ad9\u6703\u52a0\u6536\u984d\u5916\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\u5728\u958b\u59cb\u524d\u5148\u5c07\u771f\u5be6\u9023\u7d50\u52a0\u5165\u66f8\u7c64\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u8a73\u7d30\u8a08\u5283\u548c\u6642\u9593\u8868<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u6642\u9593\u8868\u5e73\u8861\u4e86 ETIAS \u63d0\u524d\u6642\u9593\u3001\u8b77\u7167\u6709\u6548\u671f\u6aa2\u67e5\u3001\u908a\u5883 EES \u767b\u8a18\u7de9\u885d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5851\u9020 2026 \u5e74\u65e5\u66c6\u4e2d\u50f9\u683c\u548c\u53ef\u7528\u6027\u7684\u9152\u5e97\u6216\u4ea4\u901a\u9810\u8a02\u7a97\u53e3\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u662f\u5927\u6982\u7684\u8a08\u7b97\u3002\u5982\u679c\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u65b0\u8b77\u7167\uff0c\u9810\u7559\u56db\u9031\u6642\u9593\uff1bETIAS \u672c\u8eab\u9700\u8981\u4e03\u5929\uff1b\u71b1\u9580\u9650\u6642\u9032\u5165\u666f\u9ede\u9700\u8981\u5169\u9031\uff1b\u9996\u6b21\u62b5\u9054\u6642 EES \u751f\u7269\u8b58\u5225\u767b\u8a18\u9700\u8981 15 \u5206\u9418 (<a href=\"https:\/\/travel-europe.europa.eu\/ees_en\">EES\u5165\u53e3\u7db2\u7ad9<\/a>)\u3002\u52a0\u8d77\u4f86\uff0c\u6574\u500b\u884c\u524d\u5468\u671f\u9700\u8981\u56db\u5230\u516d\u9031\u3002\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u500b\u4e09\u5e74 $40\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684 eTA \u8cbb\u7528\u70ba CAD 7\u2014\u2014\u4f46\u53ea\u6709 ETIAS \u6db5\u84cb\u55ae\u4e00\u6838\u51c6\u4e2d\u7684 29 \u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6309\u570b\u5bb6\u8a08\u7b97\uff0c\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u591a\u7ad9\u6b50\u6d32\u4e4b\u65c5\u6bd4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u5317\u7f8e\u4e4b\u65c5\u4fbf\u5b9c\u5f97\u591a\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u4e09\u5e74\u671f\u9650\u5728\u5be6\u8e10\u4e2d\u4e5f\u512a\u65bc\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684 eTA\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5927\u591a\u6578\u4eba\u66f4\u65b0\u8b77\u7167\u7684\u6642\u9593\u9060\u5728 eTA \u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u548c\u6536\u8cbb<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>EES \u908a\u5883\u6aa2\u67e5\u7cfb\u7d71 \u2014 2026 \u5e74\u7684\u8b8a\u5316<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u5f9e 2026 \u5e74\u8d77\uff0c\u908a\u5883\u672c\u8eab\u611f\u89ba\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u5165\u5883\/\u96e2\u5883\u7cfb\u7d71\u65bc 2025 \u5e74 10 \u6708 12 \u65e5\u555f\u52d5\uff08\u6b50\u6d32\u7406\u4e8b\u6703\uff0c <a
