\u5e74\u7b2c\u56db\u5b63\u5ea6\u63a8\u51fa\uff0c\u53d6\u4ee3\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u8b77\u7167\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u514d\u7c3d\u8b49\u5165\u5883\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/travel-europe.europa.eu\/etias_en\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">\u6b50\u76df\u59d4\u54e1\u6703 ETIAS \u6982\u89bd<\/a> \u78ba\u8a8d\u8cbb\u7528\u70ba \u20ac7\uff08EU Council\uff0c2026 \u5e74 1 \u6708 1 \u65e5\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u6548\u671f\u70ba\u4e09\u5e74\u6216\u76f4\u81f3\u8b77\u7167\u904e\u671f\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u672c\u6307\u5357\u5c07\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u65c5\u5ba2\u5e36\u9818\u5b8c\u6210 etias for kuwaiti citizens \u904e\u7a0b\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b65\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u78ba\u5be6\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u898f\u5247\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u611f\u89ba\u65b0\u7a4e\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u516c\u6c11\u4ee5\u524d\u4eab\u53d7\u77ed\u671f\u505c\u7559\u514d\u7c3d\u8b49\u65c5\u884c\u3002\u5177\u9ad4\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0cETIAS \u4e0d\u662f\u7c3d\u8b49\u2014\u2014\u5b83\u662f\u985e\u4f3c\u65bc ESTA \u7684\u9810\u7be9\u9078\u6388\u6b0a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u5728\u7dda\u4e0d\u5230 20 \u5206\u9418\u5373\u53ef\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u5927\u7d04 96% \u7684\u63d0\u4ea4\u5728\u5e7e\u5206\u9418\u5167\u81ea\u52d5\u7372\u5f97\u7da0\u71c8\uff08eu-LISA Q1 2026\uff09\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5269\u9918\u7684 4% \u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u81e8\u9577\u9054 30 \u5929\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u5be9\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>ETIAS \u5c0d 2026 \u5e74\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u65c5\u5ba2\u7684\u5f71\u97ff<\/h2>\n<p><strong>ETIAS \u662f\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u516c\u6c11\u5728\u5f9e 2026 \u5e74\u7b2c\u56db\u5b63\u5ea6\u8d77\u767b\u4e0a\u4efb\u4f55\u98db\u5f80\u7533\u6839\u6b50\u6d32\u7684\u822a\u73ed\u3001\u6e21\u8f2a\u3001\u706b\u8eca\u6216\u5df4\u58eb\u4e4b\u524d\u5fc5\u9808\u6301\u6709\u7684\u5f37\u5236\u6027\u65c5\u524d\u6388\u6b0a\u3002\u8a72\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u8cbb\u7528\u70ba \u20ac7\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u671f\u70ba\u4e09\u5e74\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u4efb\u4f55 180 \u5929\u671f\u9593\u5167\u6388\u4e88\u6700\u591a 90 \u5929\u7684\u591a\u6b21\u77ed\u671f\u505c\u7559\u5165\u5883\u3002<\/strong> \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8a72\u7cfb\u7d71\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6240\u6709 30 \u500b\u7533\u6839\u570b\u5bb6\u4ee5\u53ca\u56db\u500b\u5fae\u578b\u570b\u5bb6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6bcf\u4f4d\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u65c5\u5ba2\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u51fa\u767c\u524d\u81f3\u5c11 96 \/><\/figure>\n<p>\u6388\u6b0a\u4e0d\u80fd\u53d6\u4ee3\u8b77\u7167\uff1b\u5b83\u662f\u8207\u60a8\u7684\u8b77\u7167\u865f\u78bc\u76f8\u95dc\u806f\u7684\u6578\u5b57\u8a31\u53ef\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u516c\u6c11\u4ecd\u9700\u6301\u6709\u6709\u6548\u7684\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u8b77\u7167\uff0c\u8a72\u8b77\u7167\u5728\u8a08\u5283\u51fa\u767c\u65e5\u671f\u4e4b\u5f8c\u81f3\u5c11\u9084\u6709\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u7684\u6709\u6548\u671f\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u81f3\u5c11\u6709\u5169\u9801\u7a7a\u767d\u9801\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u6d77\u8ecd\u8b77\u7167\u5fc5\u9808\u662f\u751f\u7269\u8b58\u5225\u8b77\u7167\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5177\u9ad4\u800c\u8a00, <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32018R1240\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">EU Council regulation 2018\/1240<\/a> \u8981\u6c42\u8a72\u7cfb\u7d71\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u8d85\u904e 60 \u500b\u514d\u7c3d\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u570b\u6c11\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cETIAS \u8207\u6b50\u76df\u51fa\u5165\u5883\u7cfb\u7d71 (EES) \u4e92\u901a\u3002\u5982\u9700\u66f4\u591a\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1 <a href=\"https:\/\/europe-visa.eu\/zh_tw\/blog\/eu-entry-exit-system-ees-works-with-etias-2026\/\">EES\u5982\u4f55\u8207ETIAS\u4e26\u884c\u904b\u4f5c<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u8b77\u7167\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u7684 ETIAS \u8cbb\u7528\u548c\u6536\u8cbb<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u7533\u8acb\u8cbb\u70ba\u6bcf\u4f4d\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u20ac7\uff0c\u53ef\u901a\u904e\u5b98\u65b9ETIAS\u9580\u6236\u7db2\u7ad9\u4f7f\u7528\u501f\u8a18\u5361\u6216\u4fe1\u7528\u5361\u652f\u4ed8\u300218\u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u5152\u7ae5\u548c70\u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u514d\u9664\u8cbb\u7528\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5370\u5ea6\u5bb6\u5ead\u53ef\u4ee5\u73fe\u5be6\u9810\u7b97\uff1a\u4e00\u5c0d\u592b\u5a66\u8207\u5169\u540d\u6210\u5e74\u5b50\u5973\u4e00\u8d77\u65c5\u884c\uff0cETIAS\u8986\u84cb\u8cbb\u7528\u7e3d\u8a08\u20ac28\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u671f\u9577\u9054\u4e09\u5e74\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5df2\u5728 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/news\/en\/headlines\/security\/20180627STO06808\/etias-the-eu-s-new-travel-information-system-explained\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">\u6b50\u6d32\u8b70\u6703ETIAS\u8cc7\u6599\u8868<\/a> \u8a72\u20ac7\u50f9\u683c\u572836\u500b\u6708\u63a8\u51fa\u968e\u6bb5\u7d50\u675f\u524d\u4e0d\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u5982\u9700\u66f4\u8a73\u7d30\u7684\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u8acb\u95b1\u8b80\u6211\u5011\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/europe-visa.eu\/zh_tw\/blog\/etias-cost-fee\/\">ETIAS\u6210\u672c\u548c\u8cbb\u7528\u5206\u6790<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" \u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u6240\u9700\u6587\u4ef6<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u516c\u6c11\u9700\u8981\u6709\u6548\u671f\u81f3\u5c11\u8d85\u904e\u7533\u6839\u5730\u5340\u51fa\u767c\u65e5\u671f\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u7684\u751f\u7269\u7279\u5fb5\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u8b77\u7167\u3001\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u90f5\u5730\u5740\u3001\u7528\u65bc\u652f\u4ed8 \u20ac7 \u8cbb\u7528\u7684\u6263\u5e33\u5361\u6216\u4fe1\u7528\u5361\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7d04 25 \u4efd ETIAS \u8868\u683c\u554f\u5377\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u3002<\/strong> \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6574\u500b\u6d41\u7a0b\u5747\u70ba\u7121\u7d19\u5316\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/travel-europe.europa.eu\/etias_en\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">\u5b98\u65b9 ETIAS \u5165\u53e3\u7db2\u7ad9<\/a> \u8981\u6c42\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\uff1a\u8b77\u7167\u8a73\u60c5\uff08\u865f\u78bc\u3001\u6709\u6548\u671f\u3001\u7c3d\u767c\u6a5f\u69cb\uff09\uff1b\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\uff08\u5168\u540d\u3001\u51fa\u751f\u65e5\u671f\u3001\u73fe\u4f4f\u5730\u5740\u3001\u7236\u6bcd\u59d3\u540d\uff09\uff1b\u806f\u7d61\u65b9\u5f0f\uff08\u96fb\u90f5\u3001\u624b\u6a5f +965\uff09\uff1b\u65c5\u884c\u76ee\u7684\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b89\u5168\/\u80cc\u666f\u554f\u5377\u3002\u78ba\u5be6\uff0c\u907a\u6f0f\u6216\u4e0d\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u662f\u5c0e\u81f4\u5ef6\u8aa4\u7684\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u5982\u9700\u5b8c\u6574\u6aa2\u67e5\u6e05\u55ae\uff0c\u8acb\u95b1\u8b80\u6211\u5011\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/europe-visa.eu\/zh_tw\/blog\/etias-requirements-documents\/\">ETIAS \u8981\u6c42\u548c\u6587\u4ef6\u6307\u5357<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u7533\u8acb\u6b65\u9a5f<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u5927\u591a\u6578\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u65c5\u5ba2\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u8017\u664215-25\u5206\u9418\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u901a\u904etravel-europe.europa.eu\/etias\u5728\u7dda\u5b8c\u6210\u3002<\/strong> \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u540c\u4e00\u5165\u53e3\u7db2\u7ad9\u652f\u6301\u79fb\u52d5\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f \u2014 \u8acb\u53c3\u95b1\u6211\u5011\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/europe-visa.eu\/zh_tw\/blog\/etias-mobile-application-how-to-apply-on-your-phone-in-2026\/\">ETIAS \u884c\u52d5\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u6307\u5357<\/a>\u3002\u6b65\u9a5f\uff1a(1)\u8a2a\u554f\u5b98\u65b9\u9580\u6236\uff1b(2)\u9078\u64c7\u8a9e\u8a00\uff1b(3)\u78ba\u8a8d\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u8cc7\u683c\uff1b(4)\u8f38\u5165\u8b77\u7167\u6578\u64da\uff1b(5)\u63d0\u4f9b\u500b\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\uff1b(6)\u56de\u7b54\u5b89\u5168\u554f\u984c\uff1b(7)\u7528\u5361\u652f\u4ed8\u20ac7\uff1b(8)\u572896\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\u6536\u5230\u78ba\u8a8d\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u65c5\u5ba2\u61c9\u622a\u5716\u7533\u8acb\u53c3\u8003\u7de8\u865f\u3002\u5982\u9700\u66f4\u591a\u8a73\u60c5\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1 \/><\/figure>\n<h2>\u5ef6\u9072\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u932f\u8aa4<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u932f\u8aa4\u662f\u8b77\u7167\u8cc7\u6599\u6253\u5b57\u932f\u8aa4\u3001\u540d\u5b57\u4e0d\u7b26\u3001\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5361\u7247\u4ed8\u6b3e\u548c\u4e0d\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u7b54\u6848\u3002\u5927\u7d044%\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u88ab\u6a19\u8a18\u9032\u884c\u4eba\u5de5\u5be9\u6838\uff0c1%\u88ab\u76f4\u63a5\u62d2\u7d55\u3002<\/strong> \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u51fa\u767c\u524d96\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\u7533\u8acb\u662f\u55ae\u4e00\u6700\u6602\u8cb4\u7684\u932f\u8aa4\u3002\u5177\u9ad4\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u9677\u9631\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u62c9\u4e01\u5b57\u6bcd\u97f3\u8b6f\u932f\u8aa4\uff08\u4f7f\u7528\u6a5f\u5668\u53ef\u8b80\u5340\uff09\uff1b\u65e5\u671f\u683c\u5f0f\u6df7\u6dc6\uff08DD-MM-YYYY\u9810\u8a2d\uff09\uff1b\u8b77\u7167\u904e\u671f\uff08\u7e8c\u671f\u9700\u8981\u91cd\u65b0\u7533\u8acbETIAS\uff09\uff1b\u96c6\u9ad4\u63d0\u4ea4\uff08\u6bcf\u4f4d\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u5fc5\u9808\u500b\u5225\u7533\u8acb\uff09\uff1b\u96b1\u779e\u72af\u7f6a\u7d00\u9304\uff08\u570b\u969b\u5211\u8b66\u7d44\u7e54\/SIS <a href=\"https:\/\/europe-visa.eu\/zh_tw\/blog\/etias-application-errors-and-fixes-2026\/\">ETIAS\u7533\u8acb\u932f\u8aa4\u548c\u4fee\u6b63<\/a> \u6587\u7ae0\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5728\u7533\u6839\u908a\u5883<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u5165\u5883\u8005\u57282026\u5e74\u5c07\u7d93\u6b77\u5169\u6b65\u6aa2\u67e5\uff1a\u5165\u51fa\u5883\u7cfb\u7d71\u751f\u7269\u8b58\u5225\u6383\u63cf\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u662f\u8b77\u7167\u84cb\u7ae0\u52a0\u81ea\u52d5ETIAS\u67e5\u8a62\u3002\u6574\u500b\u904e\u7a0b\u6bcf\u4f4d\u65c5\u5ba2\u8017\u664230-90\u79d2\u3002<\/strong>
